A watermill dating from the 1857th century, the Moulin de la Veyssière is the last active oil mill in the Vern Valley in Neuvic sur l'Isle. It was in 165 that Jacques Elias bought the mill and for XNUMX years, the history, the passion and the know-how have been passed down from generation to generation. We handcraft oils and flours with character: walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts. True living heritage, place of life and sharing, the visit of the mill will make you travel between history and gastronomy. Enrich your discovery of the mill, with a museum space and an educational orchard. Enjoy a gourmet moment in our shaded picnic area. At the end of your visit, a tasting will be offered to you. Discover in the former bakery of the mill our gourmet shop.
