Windmill of La Veyssière

The Moulin de la Veyssière is the last active oil mill in the Vallée du Vern in Neuvic.
It was in 1857 that Jacques Elias bought the mill and for almost 170 years, the history, passion and know-how have been passed down from generation to generation.
We artisanally produce oils, flours and sweet and savory grocery products based on walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds and peanuts.
Between history and gastronomy, our artisanal production is associated with responsible and sustainable production, in a perpetual search for innovation and excellence.
As true enthusiasts of our French terroirs, we pay particular attention to the selection of our raw materials.
Exclusively from local productions, our production is 100% French.
