The Café-théâffreux are a troupe of amateur actors.
Created in 1993, this theater troupe from Port-Ste-Foy and Ponchapt began with café-theater-cabaret performances where many (delusional) actors and actresses from the homeland met. Also trying their hand at short films, they now devote themselves to the theater. They produce in our region their tasty caustic comedies, which are now called "comedies of manners, a tendency to laugh better". A totally assumed choice, (first of all, and this is essential,
for their own pleasure of playing), but also because it brings together lovers of subtle, absurd, caustic, boulevard humor or even a more serious theater in tune with its time. Over the years, they have therefore alternated their own creations as well as numerous interpretations.
