The Café-théâffreux

The Café-théâffreux are a troupe of amateur actors.
Created in 1993, this theatre troupe from Port-Ste-Foy and Ponchapt began with café-théâtre-cabaret performances where many (crazy) actors and actresses from the Foy region crossed paths. Also trying their hand at short films, they now devote themselves to theatre. They produce their delicious comedies in our region, bringing together lovers of subtle, absurd, caustic, boulevard humour as well as more serious theatre in tune with the times. Over the years, they have alternated their own creations as well as numerous interpretations
the season (October 2025 to April 2026) will see "André le Magnifique" a play by Denis Podalydès, Isabelle Candelier, Michel Vuillermoz... touring our towns.
