The principle of Bouyricous is as follows: there is no contribution. Distributions take place every Friday from 17:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. under the Pellegrue hall. The producer delivers the orders and the consumer pays for it on delivery. Everything is done to favor direct contact between the players in this local market.
Producers are not necessarily or necessarily "organic". They spontaneously contacted us to present their farms and their products (or sometimes, it was we who went to meet them because one or the other found that the quality of their production was worth finding in Pellegrue !! !)
We are also always looking for new producers to join the network.
